You can install the app Arrive

Customers in the United States and CanadaAt checkout, on the order status page, you are offered to install Arrive, which is a mobile app available for iOS and Android devices. Then you will receive updates automatically.

Other option: You can track your shipment via the emails you receive after your order:

To receive tracking information, it is necessary to submit your email at checkoutDuring the production and delivery process, you will receive several emails.

At the bottom of all emails is a blue link, "View your order" or "Track my shipment".

Clicking on this link takes you to your order information page on the DuFauna website.

At the top of the order info page are information about the current status of your order.

Below that is a link that says "[Mail service name] tracking number:" Clicking on that link takes you to the tracking information page, where you can see where your order is in the shipment process.

Example for jewelry order, shipped from New Jersey, USA:

Example for watch order, shipped from China:

These are the emails you will receive:

Email 1. After the purchase, you receive an email with the subject line "Order [order #] confirmed".

Email 2. When the product you purchased has been produced and shipped, you receive another email with the subject line "A shipment from order [order #] is on the way". 

Email 3. When your order has arrived in your location, you receive the third email with the subject line "A shipment from order [order #] is out for delivery".

Email 4. Finally, when your order has been delivered, you receive an email with the subject line "A shipment from order [order #] has been delivered".
